Massage Therapy

Surrender your body to a calming massage and experience a deep relaxation through the power of long flowing strokes and application of arnica, rosemary, peppermint or other healing massage oils. Your massage therapist will facilitate the release of mental and/ or emotional stress that tends to get caught in the physical body in addition to relaxing sore muscles. Often times the therapist will also work intuitively with flower essences* and essential oils* as needed. The result is a balance of body, mind, heart, and spirit within oneself and in connection with the natural world. Your therapist has been trained in a number of various types of massage and has extensive experience whether you just need to relax or require focus on specific injuries or problem areas.

Universal White Time Healing

Welcome, dear one. I will make a reasonable assumption that as your eyes grace this page you assuredly are familiar with the words Universal, White, Time and Healing. However, you may not have seen them used to form the name of a healing modality. Your Soul and spirit as internal guidance may feel the draw as your mind surely seeks logical, linear explanation. The truth as I know it is that authentic logic is sought with the heart. Universal White Time Healing is an avenue where multi-dimensional experience and understanding combined with intuition, inner knowing and specific initiations lead to a specific heart centered practice.

There may be one or more intentions built into a session, but the core is always about creating a more light filled being. Not removing undesirable or "darker" facets, but rather raising them to the highest vibration, frequency and expression. Uncovering your divinity. In a session, the White Time goes back to the time before the injury/imbalance was inflicted to bring healing from that time. The healer then heals the pain/imbalance in present time, and finally sends the healing power forward in time to stop the possibility that a new imbalance, injury or illness might occur. White Time healing work is done in a multitude of ways that may include the use of symbols, geometric shapes, color and crystal placement on the body and/or etheric field. It is an energy work modality that has been gifted to humanity by light beings that long to assist the Earth plane in its expansion of consciousness and ascension process. The work is really so much more than a modality, but for purposes of linear explanation I will use that word for now.

Reiki

According to lore, the Reiki method of accessing life force energy came in a bolt of light to its first practitioner, Dr. Mikao Usui, as he was completing a 21-day fast on a Japanese hilltop about a century ago. Prior to his fast, Dr. Usui had followed a lengthy and circuitous path trying to find an answer to a question posed to him by students in a Japanese Christian school: how could they learn to heal as Jesus did? After the light hit him, Dr. Usui was so excited he ran down the hill, stumbled, and stubbed his toe. By pressing on the wound he was able to heal himself, and he knew he had his answer. By this lore, Reiki is considered to be rooted in a spiritual search. Reiki is a heart-centered healing touch. Reiki is beautiful to receive, and is especially beneficial for balancing not only the human energy field, emotions and physical body, but also for healing the Earth.

Attunement Energy Healing

The purpose of attunement is to establish alignment in the body, mind and heart with the natural life forces of being. Experiencing attunement opens an aperture in oneself that connects the invisible and visible worlds, the spiritual and physical worlds. It is an invitation to enter the sacred inner consciousness and reality where conflict, tension, and “dis-ease” simply do not exist, a place characterized by stillness, peace and harmony. During your session your practitioner will work with the energy field surrounding your physical body with an awareness of your special cycles and rhythms in order to release tension and trauma that may be stuck in the various levels of your energy field to bring about a sense of inner harmony. The seven endocrine glands as well as the seven chakras are energetic contact points for the joyful flow of attunement.

*About Flower Essences

The human body has within and surrounding it an electrical network. When we experience health, this electrical network is balanced and fully connected. When something in our life or environment threatens that balance, the electrical system responds by either short-circuiting or overloading. That imbalance in the electrical system immediately impacts the central nervous system. The body then goes into high gear in an effort to correct the imbalance. If our body does not succeed, we physically manifest the imbalance. We get a cold or a headache, or our allergy pops up again or another migraine belts us. Or we get back pain, or our neck goes out again. Or we become seriously ill.
